I think we all know that drinking water is essential to our
diet and something that each of us must do in order to be healthy. Although I
get my share of water I find myself having to force it down. The Mayo Clinic
recommends that women should have 9 - 8 oz glasses of water. I have tried carrying
jugs around, sippy sport cups, and the dreaded “polluting” the world with my
water bottles. I can always do well the first couple of days, until I forget my
jug and have to force down all of the water I didn’t get in for that day, not
Ideal! So I found a solution that has truly helped me and made water fun. My
husband bought a Ninja for me.
And I have 16 oz of snow in the morning, 16 oz before I go
to bed, and sometimes during the day. One cup of snow kills two cups of water
and I really enjoy the snow. So the typical water I get during the day along
with my snow, has helped me stay on point with drinking 8 glasses of water per
day.
